Mission
Dr. Rebecca Holland provides consultation that is geared toward meeting several broad goals:
- Assess, evaluate, document, and maximize program impacts on child and family outcomes.
- Develop, promote, and support professionalism of staff in early childhood care and education programs, schools, and social service programs.
- Translate research findings into practicable action steps for program administrators and practitioners.
- Provide training, products, and other supports for research-based practice implementation.
- Maximize cross-program collaboration to provide successful transitions for children and families and increase efficiency of resource use.

Rebecca's consultation approach centers around understanding client needs and collaboratively determining and implementing a plan to meet them. Formative evaluation procedures are employed as a part of the consultation plan, ensuring that adjustments are made as needed to keep progress on track. Technology-facilitated contacts complement face-to-face consultation to keep response time fast and costs low.
